Well folks Ive eventually found a half decent forum about outing durty grasses and the pricks that handle them in the cop shop, i recently got charged with a hamesucken after hearing my misses was getting it all ways fi 24yr old grass!! (this clown has all ready took a Edinburgh YO to the high court for plunging him), hes one of they "tell the busys but don't turn up at court" grasses which are coming more and more acceptable by the minute, anyway it will get slung as its alot of shite with no evidence, and there's me thinking after 10 year out the jail a HND in IT in my skip i wasnae going to get any hassle fi the busys again, haha, how wrong can u be, part of my bail conditions are keeping away from the grasses and a house they frequent, fair do's, (kindoff), so one day im dawdlin back fi college and hit the outskirts of the scheme where in, lies the street named in my bail conditions. well i might not have disabled a bug and cut fone wires for years but my spider senses are as keen as they were on day 1, so when i clocked the busy car i got more than my usual bad vibe feeling as it pulls up, cut a long story short am up the nxt day and i get my papers, no breach of bail conditions that i was lifted for! OH NO, im standing with papers in my hand for a offensive weapon namely a "knife", i was pure baffled to the max, what fkin blade? am thinking allsorts of mad nonsense thinking the busys are just going to produce a blade fi sumwhere and say i left it in their motor or whatever, but lo an fkin behold i get bailed and Ive no got my wallet chain/fashion chain thingy for my denims, turns out the small pendant that as attached by about 4 key ring thingys that are hard as u like to open wi no nails, is teh knife, i hope the pricks are bold enuff to go to trial as at some point the sherriff must ask "where the knife is" anyway we will see.
so my take on it is you can go as strait as u want, keep out of trouble for over 10 years go to college and educate yourself, but if any 2 known grasses decide ure fuct, then u need to be right on your toes again, just like when i was pure active? i know they think i aint went strait, just no been caught for years, ffs. but on any given day you can go to a number of places around this beautiful city thats been my home for 39 years and see BLATANT KNOWN GRASSES swigging pints and punting gear with the best of them, guys on life license, blatantly dealing fi pubs surrounded by known criminals, call me a skeptic but i was in shotts 90/91 and allsorts of other stardys over the years but Ive met guys doing there second life recall for things alot less serious than openly dealing in boozers 200 yards fi the cop shop, then i remember the grasses and the beasts Ive seen in EVERY jail, apart fi maybe peter-napper when it was the real peter-napper, but id bet a pound to a foosty biscuit it went on there too. as long as u get good parcels ure sorted, simple as that, unless some specific person who is, say, running the hall, doesn't like it. and according to the young team its getting worse in the jail, beast grasses the lot swaggering with pride because they get healthy parcels. and worse still when i was up shotts the guys who kept these ppl out fi behind wid where they shud be wudve ripped a guy like me fi arsehole to earhole and back again if id even tried to say anything about it, cos there protectors are so called "quoted guys", an i was respected for who i was in every jail, fi bar to dumfries fi perth to shotts to glenochil to saughton but this goes on and is getting worse its aw fkin wrong. whats that all about eh? i reckon i was one of the minority who never grassed a soul, out of pure self respect and respect for others i done my time over and over again, yet a lot of the licensed peeps never do a six hour dub-up never mind a sentence or fully committals, am just glad am no steeped in crime as much as i have been as i cannae be arsed with the hassle, but make no mistake about it, the busys never think you have changed, just aint been caught, b'stards,
i will name and shame them for ever and a day the minute the charges are slung. please believe me, another thing that came out of this is i had to hook up with my ex-lawyer who reeled of a long name of FACES who trade bodies and info's for licenses to swagger. fkin eye opener ill tell u, ffs, there all hard at it. so called Edinburgh gangsters. who have the cheek to abduct and punish other cons on one day and go golfing with the scum the next.

    Sheriff admonishes gnome-thief mother...

AN UNEMPLOYED woman who stole garden gnomes has escaped punishment after a sheriff heard she helped police return a large number of the ornaments to their owners.

Karen Stenhouse, a mother of three, took gnomes, flower pots and garden ornaments estimated to be worth more than £700 during a three-week period between 24 July and 16 August, 2005, and planned to sell them through car-boot sales to supplement her benefits.

She roamed at night over a 20-mile radius, stealing from gardens in Stirlingshire and Clackmannanshire. Her haul of 130 ornaments was stored at the home of her friend, Anne McCallum, who is also a mother of three.

But Alloa Sheriff Court heard that when she was arrested - following an 11-day undercover operation involving officers from Central Scotland CID and tactical crime unit - Stenhouse helped police to return the stolen gnomes to their homes. The 37-year-old pleaded guilty to the offences last month and was admonished yesterday.

Stenhouse, of The Braes, Tullibody, admitted six charges of stealing gnomes, plant pots, pots of flowers and garden ornaments from addresses in Alva, Tullibody, Stirling and Bridge of Allan.

Stan Quirk, the solicitor for Stenhouse, said his client had carried out the gnome thefts "at what can only be described as a time of deep personal turmoil".

Sheriff David Mackie told Stenhouse: "The thefts were clumsy offences, and at least some of the items have been returned. You are admonished in respect of these offences."

However, the sheriff fined Stenhouse £100 in respect of a charge of obtaining goods by fraud from a clothing catalogue, to which she also pleaded guilty.

The traffic wardens with eyes in the side of their head.

    traffic warden video cameras

A traffic warden demonstrates the new video camera.

In their early days, all they were armed with was a ballpoint pen and a book of tickets.

But the traffic wardens of the 21st Century are bristling with technology.

They already carry digital cameras so they can take photos of cars before tickets are issued.

And now they are to have video cameras strapped to the side of their head.

These will gather movie evidence if angry motorists launch an attack and also help wardens in their new role of issuing penalties of up to £80 for anti-social behaviour.

They are now allowed to hand out tickets for such activities as littering, flyposting, graffiti and allowing dogs to foul the pavement.

The cameras, which are the size of an AA battery, are already used by police and community support officers.

A pilot scheme involving the new "robowardens" is being launched in Salford, Greater Manchester, and could be rolled out across the country if it proves a success.

NCP Services, the firm which deals with parking in Salford and 39 other local authority areas, says the technology will help protect its staff, who are often subject to abuse or physical assaults.

In addition, footage could be examined to ensure wardens did not overstep their powers and acted in a courteous and professional manner.

Communications manager James Pritchard said: "The cameras will be crucial in gathering evidence on the circumstances of why a fixed penalty has been issued.

"In many disputes it can often boil down to one person's word against another. We will now have the video evidence to help clear up any doubts."

He explained that a small number of workers would initially use the devices next week before the programme is rolled out to all parking staff working on behalf of Salford Council.

"We are hoping that other councils will decide to use the technology after seeing how well it works."

Derek Antrobus, a member of Salford Council, said: "We have 20 parking attendants walking around the city and we decided that they might as well look at more than just cars. One of the biggest issues on people's minds is the disrespect that some are showing to our environment.

"The police have not got the resources when they are chasing criminals so this makes a lot of sense."

Hugh Bladon of the Association of British Drivers said: "Where will it all end?

"There has been a perpetual erosion of liberty for drivers in this country and now we are to be filmed as well.

"I think it is disgraceful that we simply can't be allowed to get on with our own business without being continually harassed by this type of scheme.

"These cameras are another weapon to enforce outrageous parking fines and more. It is a stealth tax which is raking in millions for those involved and it is an outrage.

"With parking fines, road tax, speed camera fines and all the other penalties, maybe British motorists should just hand over all their cash each week and be given a small allowance."

    Richard Bowen

Bowen has been told he could be jailed.

A police officer has been found guilty of performing sex acts in front of a female prisoner as she was being transferred from London to Wales.

Pc Richard James Bowen, 31, from Dyfed Powys Police broke down in tears as a jury at Swansea Crown Court returned a unanimous verdict.

The court heard how Bowen from Cardigan in Ceredigion had also tried to force his hand down the woman's knickers during the journey in a squad car.

He will be sentenced in June.

The court heard how last April, Bowen was sitting in the back of the unmarked police car with the 25-year-old woman who was accused of stealing a car, as his female colleague drove.

During the journey, the court was told he started to write suggestive notes to the woman - they included demands for sex.

When she failed to respond he committed the sex act twice in front of her.

Following a complaint to his bosses by the woman when they arrived at the police station in Lampeter, an investigation was launched.

Forensic scientists found evidence on a handkerchief and on the back seat of the squad car.

He was found guilty of two counts of indecent exposure and one of abusing a position of public trust after a 10-day trial.

His barrister, Chris Clee, said Bowen "fully understands the consequences of conviction."

"Clearly the offences cross the custody threshold, he understands that," he added.

The judge granted Bowen bail but warned him it was not an indication of what the sentence may be.

"The offences cross the custodial threshold," said the Judge Christopher Morton

"But this is a case where I wish to say nothing although the seriousness is obvious. "I do not think I can say anything about the level until I have seen an assessment."

'Don't jail paedophiles' call prompts charities' anger.

One of the UK's leading child protection officers came under fire from children's charities yesterday after saying that some paedophiles should receive treatment rather than face prison.

Jim Gamble, from the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (CEOP), said offenders who viewed child pornography could be given a police caution and treatment rather than face a custodial sentence.

"We shouldn't be sending everyone that ever commits an offence - particularly of the viewing kind - to prison."

He said it was time for a more "intelligent posture" in the fight against child abuse, adding that some offenders could be dealt with in the community, allowing them to maintain their lives and their families.

"[If] someone is at the beginning of the spiral of abuse, where there is evidence to indicate during the investigation that this person may well benefit from a police caution and be managed, then of course that needs to be done."

Mr Gamble said that people with a "deviant sexual interest in children" should get help before they "live out that fantasy" and are caught.

But charities criticised his comments yesterday, saying that watching child pornography was directly linked to the abuse of children.

Michele Elliott, director of the children's charity Kidscape, said: "To treat them in the community sends a message that what they have done is not very serious. "If you download child pornography, you are just as guilty as the people who are taking the photographs. You create a market, because you want to view child pornography, therefore a child is abused for your pleasure. As far as I am concerned, that means prison."  (or worse!)

Ms Elliott said the length of sentence should vary depending on whether offenders had viewed child pornography or directly abused children - but she insisted both groups should face a custodial sentence. Donald Findlater, director of research and development at the child protection charity the Lucy Faithfull Foundation, warned that Mr Gamble's comments could "diminish the gravity of child pornography".

The NSPCC agreed that prison alone could not deal with those who sexually abused children. Its director and chief executive, Dame Mary Marsh, said: "Child sex abusers should be sent to prison when the severity of their crimes merits such a sentence. However, prison alone cannot deal with the scale of child sexual abuse."

Juliet Lyon, director of the Prison Reform Trust, said policy should focus on stopping people offending in the first place
