Gonnae speak a bit louder REAL1... dinnae think Les heard ye richt there.  Bilko... you got me in stitches mate - "if you look through Tam's lug you can see daylight at the other end".  Incidentally, in the acknowledgement section of Slimelord, he does thank those who helped him switch on his laptop, or something to that effect.   I got as far as that part of the book, and then gave up.  If he can't operate a PC, how can he write a book, cos we aw ken that he cannae tell yon truth.... Ooh, and the boot goes in!!!

The Moderator can confirm that Mr Crime-fighter was indeed once a PC although in a constabulary sense and nothing to do with anything more technologically advanced as a hearing aid!

However I am sure that Mr Brown will some day talk or write about Mr Black & Blue as it is absurd to print that he never heard of Mr McGraw's dealings with the police so why mention it in the book if it was not intended as a possible way of McGraw gaining some street cred?

Mr Brown you cheated the publisher or else you are really DEAF?

In Admin's opinion, the 'absolution' of Mr McGraw in Les Brown's book was nothing more than to give Tam some street cred - God himself knows he needs some...

As for whether Mr Brown cheated the publisher or not, I'd say that he did indeed, but will this be contested by the Police or anyone else in a position to do so??  Admin thinks not, simply because they are the ones that need protecting in this case...
