Numbness Of Pain

To feel unloved each night
Crying upon my pillow
The numbness of pain
Nobody’s child please explain

Only want to be held in arms
Warm and tight feeling special
And not pushed aside at night
I have looked at the pills

When the cold chills cry out
Stared at the razor
Cried on my coat shivering scared
Stammering nervous in speech

Oh take my hand when I reach
Calling for you to enter my life
Morbid thoughts of echoing screams
Carved in my mind whenever I dream

                                               08-08-74  -21-02-09
WHERE ARE YOU
I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR YOU
WATCHING AND WAITING
TO SEE IF YOU WILL COME THROUGH

I KNOW YOU ARE THERE
I'VE HAD A GLIMPSE OF YOU
A CUDDLE A SMILE
A GESTURE OR TWO

I LOVE YOU
I MISS YOU
OH LORD WHY
WAS IT YOU

SO MANY TO CHOOSE FROM
IT COULD HAVE BEEN ME
I WOULD HAVE WENT GLADLY
IF IT MEANT SPARING YOU

WHAT YOU HAVE WENT THROUGH
I CAN'T COMPREHEND
I KNEW THIS MY GODSON
RIGHT TO THE END

THE REST OF MY LIFE
I KNOW I'LL DEFEND
THE LOVE YOU GAVE ME
MY GODSON AND FRIEND

EACH DAY I'LL THINK
OF YOUR BIG PRECIOUS SMILE
THE LOVE IN YOUR HEART
MEANS WE NEVER WILL PART

The Robbing Bank Of Scotland

When I read in the press
The Royal bank of Scotland
Oh what a mess
Crushed a nation to their knees

Now they have changed their name
Hold your head in shame
The Robbing bank of Scotland
We put our trust in you

Buying our dream home
Making our wish come true
Just me and my one love in life
Sending her a bunch forget-me-nots

The only flowers she’ll now get
Are ones stolen from the shop?
You have left us with no home
And our jobs are on the line in time

Everything will only get worse
As the unemployment reaches a high
When the Robbing bank of Scotland
Sit and watch families in ruin they cry

A round of applause to the clown
Who awarded Sir Fred Goodwin?
A pension of 700,000 a year
While many in poverty I say oh dear

The government say do the right thing
Hand back your cash we got it wrong
Each day now the witch hunt is on
In fear at night Sir Fred buries his head

I’m keeping all that was signed on the line
The government screwed up this affair
Sack Lord Myners does he really care
I’m not sure if it’s true just wait and see

Abba have reformed for one final show
Sir Fred taking over the role of singing
As he struts over Madison Square garden
He swaggers like Jagger his pockets ringing

Money money money I have got to much money

Leave Us Alone

Since beauty died
A waste of passion
Citing and touching
All that moved
Slowly it crawls in dreams

Towards seeking in light
Holding me
Your memory
Danced in darkness
Of your madness

Intense of agony hearts
In sadness
Soundless every beat
Unseen truth
Dawn drifting in torture

Wounds open shadows loom
Hooded, shaking calling you
Together in secrets
Your badness
Unroll our sins cunningly they grin

Louder they chant words
Blest the begging
Sobbing angel wearing a red cloak
Roses heard you sob
Limbs being choked

Temple built dreams that droll
Between each stone
Weary souls
Like black frost
Tired eyes leave us alone

Tired eyes leave us alone
Please leave us alone
Between each stone
Everything is lost
Withered hearts

Tired eyes leave us alone
Falling apart
Alone
Alone
Alone

Ode To Our Last Meal

There I seen you crying
Into your trembling hands
Hollow trees stood weeping
To every tear that was seeping

That the wind fearing every voice
Perishing you were dreaming
Life borrowed
All these dark desires
Just then creatures started screaming

The fate sealed and punished
All who rejected this nightly affliction?
Sad blue clouds they sing a lullaby
And deep groans complain helpless

Departed the mother and son her addiction
A pathetic cry for help became unanswered
Banging on the door scratching her nails
Harrowing I don’t wana die can’t take much more

How Many More

Whets your point of view
How many times
Do I have to tell you?
Just another day

Listen what I have to say
As hundreds lye
Innocent behind iron bars
Do we hear their voice?

While the guilty roam free
Escaping justice
As we stand by and watch
The world can see

Scotland shares this problem
We had Joe and TC
England many have been shackled
The USA many still lay by day

Some maybe turn insane
Trying to clear their name
While we point our fingers
The justice system police to blame

20 years later the Cardiff three
Officers facing charges
And not long before time
Their jobs should be hanging on line

For every lie in such an awful crime
Which only delays justice?
How many more innocent must we see?
Stitched up and losing their liberty

24th Year, Oh Mother I’m Innocent

Oh Mother a few things

That I must say

Before our Lord calls your name

Yes I have stole and robbed

Knowing I broke your heart

Just a teenager

When I heard you sobbed

The police at our door

Your proud heart was sore

Couldn’t take much more

That now I understand

Growing from boy to man

Entering my 24th year in jail

Will I ever see?

Your waiting arms

When once again holding me

Just like when I was young

Smiling in my room

You watching me having fun

Proudly eyes lit like the sun

I know I broke your heart

Just a golden thought

Upon my mind long time ago

And life captive goes too slow

One thing I must say Mother

For all the wrong I have done

Placing my hand on my heart

When your time you have to part

For I’m an innocent man, for this

Crime that I serve this time

And I’ll fight to the very end

Once again make you proud of me

Oh Mother holding you when I’m free

If I was to confess I’d be out

But what’s that all about

Our Lord hear me shout, I’ am innocent

When Justice

Sleeping on decisions
When justice isn’t justice
Only tears stirring coffee
Weeping the soul each night

And heaven keeps your secret
Thinking when to decide
Under the sheets you hide
Stand up and be counted

And fight for your rights
Do the right thing take action?
Free your heart welcomes satisfaction
Words are only words

That whisper in your ear at night
And will continue to do so
For today and every hour
Through the months and years
If you’re right you’ve nothing to fear

Turn empty promises in action
Free your heart welcome satisfaction
Be a man be a woman and stay strong
Don’t follow all hollow hearts

Wake up from this pain clear your name
You get nothing in life for free
Justice won’t come knocking your door
Stand tall all you believe to be true

Expose all the corrupt and liars today
Stick to the truth and justice comes to you
It’s a long road and many battles won
Not an easy time so why live with the crime

Fragile By Coldness

I hear the night whisper
Telling stories and jokes
Swapping tales and rhymes
Enjoying at the best of times

Dance in joy your laughter
The sun kisses you in passion
And fresh spring flowers
Under the moon parades in fashion

Fling your troubles to the dead
Till they keep while they sleep
Forward them in a little song
Kicking our heels oh how does it feel?

The snow says it wants to go
By coldness flowed every praise
All the strong hearts took part
In an experiment of happiness

When others looked upon knees
Lonely people too much time
On their cold bitter fragile hands
They look on and fail to understand

By Appointment Cascade

First it was the radio
Then Billy Ocean
And pork scratching
All ready for the bin

We said bye to a sausage
Buried in the patio
Kicking and screaming
Was all but expected

The Dale Winton
T-shirt, it was old
Lionel Richie become bitchy
And Dale became twitchy

The neighbors looked amused
When the bacon refused
Everyone felt used
Thou little coats looked confused

As the special K said right ok
Then Jerry Springer
Talks about slappers and ringers
On the karaoke pearls a minger
