Some dark forces have more secret powers than some may think as they are ministerial, Judicial and Police (not to forget C&E).

The ministers spin their messages.

The Judiciary implement the rule of law.

The Police are allegedly policing.

However I am sure there are real covert ones who had once operated A Shoot To Kill POLICY!

Moderator is spot on in Bilko's opinion.

The latter covert squad probably had/has a remit to make reoccurring problems 'disappear'.......a kind of tie-up-any-loose ends type squad if you will, allegedly speaking of course. Bilko

There seems to be a chink of light from the DARK FORCES who have tried in vain to suppress and conspire by withholding vital information on this SCRO case which has been described as a cover-up and criminal conspiracy to protect members of the Scottish Judiciary.

Here are the suspects.

The First Minister

The Justice Minister

The Lord Advocate

The SCRO Team

STRATHCLYDE POLICE

Here is what we know so  far :

The First Minister must have sanctioned the £750,000 to pay Shirley McKie for compensation (FULLY GAGGED)

The Justice Minister in her wisdom does not need an public inquiry into the case as it was 9 years ago? (STRONG SMELL)

The Lord Advocate Boyd QC sent out DARK AGENTS to try and discredit Mrs McKie hours before she was due to be paid compensation (COVER UP ATTEMPT)

The SCRO Team are ultimately responsible for an error but covered it up (CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY)

The head of the murder inquiry Detective Heath's statement has come to light that HE wanted HER (Mrs McKie) paid off by the Executive to GAG her from ever speaking about the case (CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY)

Finally the whole of the Executive for letting this happen and now they have to act in a manner that does not insult the tragic murder of Marion Ross or indeed anyone else and must now grant an inquiry into this shambles that will rock the entire UK fingerprint experts.

Great post Admin2 clarifying exactly who the culprits in this whole sordid affair are and the accusations levelled at them by us at FerrisCospiracy.com and the public at large who want this enquiry.

Bilko thinks this post above by Admin2 would be better re-posted on its own as a new (locked topic) and pinned at the top of the board with the heading "Fingerprint cover-up Suspects and Charges" Or some similar heading. This post clarifies concisely what the entire allegations are concerning the enquiry for any new reader not fully aware why an enquiry is warranted in our opinions. Bilko

This post was to identify some of the DARK FORCES and concedes some ground that it should also be in the fingerprint cover up post.

Did MI6 Kill Diana

The Two Main Theories

a) One or more rogue "cells" in the British secret service construct and carry out a plot to kill Diana.

b) An official campaign by MI6 to assasinate Diana, sanctioned by elements of the establishment.

The Possible Motives

a) The rogue elements in MI5 (National security) or MI6 (International security) decide that Di is a threat to the throne, and therefore the stability of the state. They take her out.

b) With similar motives to the possible rogue elements, the official campaign is driven by a fear of Diana's possible to conversion to Islam (Dodi being a Muslim) and the implication on the Church and State were the two Princes, William and Harry, to follow their mother's lead.

The Evidence

Circumstantial it maybe, but put together is it capable of raising sufficient doubt that this was an accident?
Below are some of the questions and doubts that are raised by the investigation so far

- The rapid disposal of the bodies of Diana and Dodi. Diana had no post mortem prior to burial in Althorp. Victims of sudden death require a post mortem by law in the UK.
- The missing white Fiat Uno: With such a large-scale investigation by French authorities could only secret agents have evaded the police's net around Paris? We know the car hit the Mercedes used by Di and Dodi, thanks to traceable paint marks on the Benz. Witnesses refer to the car lurching around the road at varying speeds as both it and the Merc entered the tunnel of death.
- Henri Paul, driver of the Limo. The mis-information surrounding this key figure is enormous. First he was said to be driving at up to 120 mph, recent reports by professional crash investigators suggest 60 mph, even less on impact.
Was he really drunk? It is accepted that he had two Ricard drinks at the Ritz, but no other evidence has emerged to support this claim, beyond questionable results from a blood test from his corpse. Why questionable? Because it is common for the alcohol level to rise in bodies after death regardless of consumption. The test also showed a very high level of carbon monoxide (20 per cent) in his blood. Experts say this would have incapacitated him before he set off on his fatal journey, and yet the hotel's video evidence shows him walking around and talking normally. An alcoholic? Well , as a pilot, he passed a rigorous health check two days before the accident. His liver showed no signs of abuse on post-mortem.
Then there is the question of the multiple bank accounts Paul held, with balances showing income far in excess of his 20 000 UKP salary as acting head of security at the Ritz. Some friends have suggested he was a long term "sleeper" agent for a secret service agency, almost certainly French intelligence.
- Trevor Rees Jones (Fayed bodyguard)- The only survivor. One time member of Her Majesty's armed forces, rumours suggest he may have been a "sleeper" agent for MI5 or MI6, particularly as the establishment were keen to keep tabs on Mohammed Al Fayed. Why was he the only person in the car to wear a safety-belt?
- Explosion, followed by Bang- Immediately after the crash news was broadcast, witnesses appeared on US TV saying that they heard an explosion or bang before they heard the car crash. Was this a gunshot, or a bomb?
- White Light- Other witnesses describe an extremely bright white light, much stronger than a photographer's flashbulb, illuminating the tunnel before the crash sounds. Powerful anti-personnel flash-guns are available to private citizens for as little as 250 UKP. The security forces have access to much stronger tools. All of which are capable of blinding a victim for several minutes - easily enough to cause a fatal crash. Crucially there would be no physical evidence left for investigators.
- James Hewitt- Former lover of Diana claims he was warned on several occasions by elements of the security forces and a member of the royal family to stop seeing the Princess or his health would suffer! Hewitt has been exposed previously as being very willing to exploit a situation for his own ends, as in the publication of a sleazy book about Diana to which he contributed.
- Paparazzi- Initially blamed for the crash, most witnesses seem to agree that the bikes were not close enough to the Mercedes in the tunnel to have actually interfered with its progress.

NB These are just a selection of matters which cause concern for investigators. Many other points are raised by the "accident" but for reasons of space are not dealt with here.

Conclusions

There are many questions that arise out of this incident. The most plausible explanation still appears to be a tragic accident - Paul who was driving to some degree under the influence of alcohol, tried to accelerate away from the pursuing photographers, lost control going into the tunnel (after the slight curve in the road, and maybe as the Uno impeded his progress) and crashed into the tunnel's thirteenth pillar.

This maybe the most plausible explanation, however, we feel that without dramatic new evidence , such as the Uno and driver turning up, this will never be certain.

While there remains doubt as to whether it was an accident it is reasonable to question what the possible alternatives are. The most plausible of these has to involve members of the UK establishment and secret service as few others had anything to lose from Diana and Dodi's relationship. To keep such a plot secret we believe it would have to be the work of a small, isolated cell working under its own auspices within the system.

Former agents have told of a plot to destabilise the then Labour Prime Minister Harold Wilson in the Seventies. Wilson did indeed resign from office, shocking political commentators at the time. We know that our intelligence service keeps records on Peace campaigners and Union officials for the "threat" of being radicals.

If the service really does operate as efficiently as James Bond films lead us to believe, which we doubt very strongly, then there would be nothing to stop them orchestrating Diana's death AND making it appear to be an accident.

But as yet there is clearly more evidence to support an accident than a secret plot. For us though, the jury is still out.

To clarify the matters in relation to 'THE DARK FORCES' they are not all Government spooks the can also derive from secretive select bodies such as 'THE MASONIC ORDER' and other organisations who develop stealth as a way of surviving to cover the tracks of 'THE CHOSEN ONES'

Anyway the more daylight that is shone on the criminal conspiracies that these secretive ones have been involved in may well and truly damage ones health.

With regards to your last post REAL1, I sincerely hope that these 'secretive ones' end up getting their just desserts, and that their health is damaged in the way the the health of the wrongfully convicted and their families health have been damaged over the years.  One rule for one, but a sepearte rule for another, who  incidentally, is 'protected' by an organisation?  It's been said before, and I'll reiterate to get the point across.  DOUBLE STANDARDS.

Here is another example of DARK FORCES at work

A BURTON pensioner who was arrested in connection with stealing a grandmother’s remains from her grave today pleaded her innocence.

Janet Tomlinson, 62, was arrested yesterday at her home in Shobnall Close by detectives hunting bodysnatchers who stole the remains of Gladys Hammond from her grave in Yoxall.

Tomlinson was released on bail without charge pending further enquiries but today denied all knowledge of who committed the atrocity.

She said she believed the crime never even occurred and blamed "dark forces" for masterminding the whole plot.

Mrs Hammond, 82, was the mother in law of Christopher Hall, who runs Darley Oaks Farm in Newchurch, which breeds guinea pigs for medical research and has been the target of a long running campaign by animal rights protestors who believe the farm should be shut down.

Miss Tomlinson, a well known campaigner, told the Mail she believed "dark forces" — referring to the Government — had fabricated the story to discredit the Save the Newchurch Guinea Pigs campaign. Miss Tomlinson said: "I categorically deny all knowledge of who did it, arranged to do it and assisted in it. What would it achieve for an animal rights group to do something so distasteful which would discredit the group when we need the public’s support?

"There are dark forces working against the campaign. The Government is using the police to stop animal rights campaigns. I don’t think it actually happened. The dark forces have initiated a plot to discredit the campaign."

Miss Tomlinson said she didn’t believe any Save the Newchurch Guinea Pigs protestors would dig up the grave and that no news about who had done it had filtered through animal rights groups.

She told of how the police had raided her flat between 8am and 9am yesterday.

She sai: "They took my computer, phones, binoculars, wellingtons and shoes and even lifted up my ornaments as though they were looking under them for things."

Miss Tomlinson, who suffers from breast cancer and has had chemotherapy, which has been tested on animals, said she was a campaigner because she felt testing on animals was not necessary

DEEPCUT DARK FORCES: THE CHRONOLOGY

Timeline: Deaths at Deepcut

The Army says the Deepcut deaths were suicide
An MPs' report into abuse allegations at Deepcut barracks in Surrey has criticised the Army of failing in the way it handles new recruits and allowing bullying to go unreported.

The key events in the case follow:

June 1995 - Private Sean Benton, of Hastings, East Sussex, is found dead at the Princess Royal Barracks, Deepcut, with five bullet wounds to his chest. Despite ballistics tests suggesting only one bullet was fired from close range and the others from a distance, the Army says he committed suicide.

November 1995 - Private Cheryl James, 18, of Llangollen, Denbighshire, is found dead with a single bullet wound to her head at the barracks - headquarters of the Royal Logistical Corps. An Army inquiry concludes she committed suicide. Surrey Police say they are not looking for anyone else but a coroner records an open verdict.

September 2001 - Private Geoff Gray, 17, from Hackney, east London, is found with two gunshot wounds to his head while on guard duty. Five shots had been fired and the other three bullets were not found. A coroner records an open verdict after hearing that a figure was seen running away from the area.

23 March, 2002 - Private James Collinson, 17, from Perth, is found dead with a single gunshot wound upwards through his chin while on guard duty at the barracks. The Army says he killed himself, but his parents do not accept this, insisting he had been happy. No inquest is held.

Private Cheryl James died from a single bullet wound to the head

30 April - Surrey Police open an investigation into the deaths of Pte Gray and Pte Collinson after campaigning by the families.

10 June - The families of all four soldiers call for a public inquiry into their deaths.

4 July - The Commons Defence Select Committee announces it will investigate the deaths when the police inquiry ends. The parents of Cheryl James claim she had been forced into a sexual relationship with a corporal.

5 July - Surrey Police confirm they are also investigating the deaths of Pte James and Pte Benton.

25 July - The Army admits it has destroyed some of the bloodied uniforms of soldiers.

Private Gray was found with two gunshot wounds to the head

26 July - Kevin McNamara, Labour MP for Hull North, calls for a public inquiry.

2 October - An independent ballistics expert in a BBC documentary concludes it would have been impossible for Pte Gray to have killed himself.

24 October - Police take charge of investigations into all untimely deaths of soldiers under new rules prompted by the deaths at the Deepcut base.

29 November - Armed Forces Minister Adam Ingram gives the go-ahead for investigator Frank Swann to enter the barracks.

3 December - An Army sergeant accused of bullying and intimidation at Deepcut barracks dismisses the claims.

7 December - A female recruit says she was the victim of a series of sexual assaults and then raped by a corporal at Deepcut.

Private James Collinson was 17 when he died

13 January 2003 - Forensics expert Frank Swann begins his investigation at the base.

17 February - Amnesty International backs calls for a public inquiry into the four deaths.

7 March - Detectives investigating the deaths say there is no evidence so far that any third party had been involved.

8 May - The families of two of the dead soldiers hold a silent protest during a visit by the Princess Royal.

2 August - Surrey Police postpone releasing their findings after reading Frank Swann's submission, which cast doubt on the Army's version of events.

10 August - Fresh reports in two Sunday newspapers suggest that the young soldiers did not take their own lives.

21 October - Surrey police officers who investigated the deaths have their inquiry reviewed by the Devon and Cornwall Constabulary.

9 November - Private Geoff Gray's father honours his dead son on Remembrance Day.

3 March 2004 - A final police report into the deaths of the four soldiers is issued to their families.

4 March - MPs call for a new inquiry after Surrey Police's final report highlights shortcomings in the Army's approach to training.

27 April - A public inquiry is formally ruled out by defence secretary Geoff Hoon.

14 May - The government delays a response to Surrey Police's critical report following the row over the Daily Mirror Iraq abuse photos, which later turn out to be fake.

23 Sept - The Ministry of Defence confirms it is investigating new claims of abuse at Deepcut Army barracks in Surrey, but says the individual in the new investigation was not at the base at the same time as the four recruits who died.

13 October - Dennis O'Connor, the Surrey Police ex-chief constable who investigated the four deaths, tells MPs at the defence select committee that Deepcut training was "tough, unquestioning and fatalistic".

22 October - An army instructor from Deepcut, 46-year-old Leslie Skinner, is jailed for four and a half years after admitting five indecent assaults between 1992 and 1997 on four male soldiers.

29 November - A leaked report from Surrey Police reveals more than 150 abuse allegations about Deepcut and other bases.

30 November - Armed Forces Minister Adam Ingram announces an independent review will be held into the abuse allegations in the leaked report.

8 December - Commons leader Peter Hain says the deaths of four young soldiers at the Deepcut Army barracks are "too many to be a coincidence".

27 January 2005 - Shadow defence minister Gerald Howarth backs a family's demand for a further inquest into Deepcut barracks following fresh evidence on the death of Private Geoff Gray, 17, from Durham.

17 February 2005 - The Ministry of Defence admits liability over the death of Warrant Officer Adrian Smith, 41, of the Royal Logistics Corps, who died at Deepcut Barracks in Surrey in 1999.

4 March 2005 - The widow of Warrant Officer Adrian Smith wins a five-year battle for compensation.

14 March 2005 - A report by the Commons Defence Select Committee accuses the Army of failing in the way it handles new recruits and allowing bullying to go unreported.

The MPs' report recommends a new independent complaints panel and looks at raising the minimum age for joining up to 18, but does not call for a public inquiry into four deaths at Deepcut barracks.

21 March 2005 - A report by the Adult Learning Inspectorate, commissioned by Armed Forces minister Adam Ingram after the Surrey Police report, calls for root and branch reform of training in all three armed forces.

It says the risk to recruits of bullying, self-harm, injury and early drop-out is "too high".

22 March 2005 - Deputy high court judge Nicholas Blake, QC, appeals for service personnel past and present to speak to his Deepcut Review, established three months earlier.

He says the terms of reference will be broad, and consider "any factor that may have influenced the deaths and the manner in which they were investigated".

4 November 2005 - The Surrey Police inquiry is sharply criticised in a review by Devon and Cornwall Police.

Detectives decided too quickly the deaths were all suicides, there was a "lack of focus" and guidelines "were not followed", the review concluded.

March 2006 - An open verdict in the death of Pte Collinson is returned after an inquest at Epsom Magistrates' Court.

The jury heard that minutes before his death he had borrowed an SA80 rifle, which he was too young to carry under Deepcut rules.
