When is the CROWN OFFICE or EXECUTIVE going to inform the public what exactly went on in the BIGGEST MASS MURDER in Scottish history that eventually resulted in both men being EXONERATED and at the very least 17 (SEVENTEEN) POLICE officers committed whole-scale perjury or is this one that the Executive will use again like the Shirley McKie affair...........'After 9 years we feel there is no need for yet another inquiry into this affair'.

Sorry time has no limits with regards to justice it is only when TRUE justice is shown by freeing all the innocents and making sure that they have all the support that a convicted person have upon release from prison even the most vile of rapists and pedophiles get that help and the reason that the likes of TC and others get no help is due to the fact that the SYSTEM has to recognise that POLICE CORRUPTION exists in the first place.

There are several independent bodies set up in England, Wales and Northern Ireland to look at POLICE CORRUPTION and as yet SCOTLAND especially the STRATHCLYDE area have yet to accept this FACT or are they the only law abiding force in the world that does not have this problem?

Bilko agrees totaly. The system in my opinion must recognise by now that corruption is rampant within the police service. It is my humble opinion however that the system chooses to blinker itself to the facts, content to bury its head in the sand as always.

This is the tried and tested method the system has used for years with great success whenever any allegations against its own arises. The theory behind this thinking being if they can sweep it under the carpet, keep it from the public eye for a number of years, the public condemnation and outcry will lessen with the passing of time.

That public outcry and condemnation will no longer lessen though, because we here on this forum, at Ferrisconspiracy.com will keep the light burning bright on ANY and ALL cases of POLICE CORRUPTION that are brought to our attention. WE WILL BE HEARD - TAKE NOTE THE CORRUPT!! Bilko

This case (The Doyle family murders) makes me feel sick at the mention of it, young Tony was my mate aged 14 when he was killed, i don't know how any remaining family members would feel about this all getting brought up again, OK Tommy and TC have been cleared and compensated, the whole world know this was corruption. The true guilty ones will get it some day. Everyone knows of the set ups and corruption of this case and personally i would never like to hear about it again, i know this defeats the purpose of such a site but is this just a personal thing or does anyone else feel this way.

Sambo i know what you are saying regarding this, and i can understand that knowing personally one of the poor souls who died in this dreadful situation must bring up a lot of feelings inside you whenever you see the case mentioned. I would probably feel the same if i were in your position.

Think for a moment though, the surviving members of the Doyle family and other connected families have went through a hell of a lot since that fateful day and must themselves feel it would be a blessing to let the continued regurgitation of the case details be ended once and for all. But one feeling i think would over-ride those feelings is the feeling that those family members who died deserve justice done, to see the true perpetrators of this evil deed brought to account.

The people responsible for these murders would wish more than even you and the Doyle family members themselves that this case be put to bed and be allowed to slip into the annuals of time as an 'unsolved mystery'. I think those who died deserve more than that, and the only way they will get the justice they deserve, and in turn some peace of mind for the remaining family and friends is when those responsible are apprehended.

That will not happen on it's own, it will only happen if the case is kept public, if questions are asked, and asked again. The skulduggery behind this case needs to be constantly brought to the surface so as to give peace of mind to the Doyle's, torturous as this may be Doyle family and friends alike, i think it's the ONLY way.

The Moderators extended family know TC and what he went through let alone Joe Steele that is why we have been asked to highlight their case and cases of other miscarriage's of justice.

Our sympathy goes out to ALL who grieve within this particular case and Bilko is right when he indicated that even the authorities never ever hear the name Doyle like the way the Campbell family do not ever want to hear the words mass-murdered and so on.

Let us not forget that the Doyle family were honest decent scheme folk who stood up to the murderers and paid the ultimate price whilst the POLICE FITTED-UP the wrong people who spent 2O years in jail for this heinous crime and is something that will never go away even if we stop discussing the case others will continue especially after so many serving POLICE OFFICERS committed perjury and are we to forget about that too?

We are fighting TC's corner here and cannot highlight the case without mentioning the REAL victims THE DOYLE FAMILY unless they themselves want their names removed from this site it will still contain TC & others and the case itself which we in Scotland know all about and agree we do not need reminded of it.

However the Internet is viewed all over the world and people want to know the whole story not just the names and there was no intention by me to bring back sad memories as its now an unsolved crime that the POLICE knew one day it would come back to haunt them.

Point taken hammer, Hang the coppers and McGraw (The murderer) that's never going to happen, its just always been an uneasy thing to hate Tommy and TC for so long for this, then find out it was a fit up, I don't hate them now but would still find it hard to ever eyeball them in public, sorry Tommy and TC the forces of evil made me hate you's for 20 years just so that they could be seen to be efficient in this case. The coppers know who they are McGraw knows what he done. ROT IN HELL SCUM. eternal justice will do me fine.

TC is well aware of the change of Scotland's most hated to ...............? Scotland's most victimised in the eyes of the LAW who knew he was innocent from the start and you and the DOYLE family must find it really hard to cope from extreme hatred towards TC and others for over 20 years only to find that it was NOT them that done the terrible deed.

TC and his fight for JUSTICE was to prove his innocence not someone Else's guilt as we all know the LOW LIFE that paid to have it done and his POLICE handlers protected him and in doing so took part in a massive conspiracy to defeat the ends of justice not to mention the whole-scale PERJURY.

The Lord Advocate Colin Boyd QC has to face this too when he's finished trying to cover up the Shirley McKie case he will try it with this one and many, many more unsafe convictions because it will undermine the public confidence in the SYSTEM.

I would urge anyone to post a letter to him on this site and we will make sure he gets it!

Well put Hammer6...  Admin is in full support of TC (as she is with others who have been wrongfully convicted - whether yet free or not), and would also urge any support for TC to be posted on this site, as it will be passed on to him.  Thanks.

Well said Bilko - our continued support is essential to ALL men and women who have been wrongfully convicted, whether they are still in prison or not.  We must continue our fight to change the system and give these people their lives back.  As much damage as the system has done (and will continue to do) to these poor people, the fact that they know we support them fully must mean something to them.  I sincerely hope it does.

The Moderator is pleased that wrongful convictions and wrongfully incarcerated prisoners should and will have a voice despite the best efforts of others to try and sabotage this website.

'Its a big outfit to take on and you cannot win' (an extract of a secretly recorded audio conversation of Detective Sergeant Eric Mitchel which will be able to be heard on the NEW VENDETTA DVD)

I can smell something Admin @ POLICE HQ!
