What about this TWAT

Chief constable 'made mistake' by speeding

A CHIEF Constable yesterday admitted speeding on a stretch of road in his own force area.

Ian Latimer, Northern Constabulary's most senior officer, admitted he had made a "mistake" after he was filmed driving at 72mph in a 60mph zone on the A9 in Easter Ross last month.

The police chief, who was reportedly driving his police Range Rover when he was caught, is now facing a £60 fine and three points on his licence after being given notice of prosecution on Monday.

He said: "I made a mistake. On July 1 this year, in daylight on a clear open stretch of road on the A9, I miscalculated my speed. (THAT's WHAT A SPEEDOMETER IS FOR - LIAR!)

"I accept full responsibility. Perhaps this will act as a warning to others. It can be seen, quite rightly, that the chief constable, in his own force area is as accountable and subject to the law as any other individual."

ROFL....Aye its true OAP's are as much a danger as some boy racers for sure,i think that their should be a retirement driving age cos hows an 80 year old able to have the co ordination and reflexes required to avoid a crash, etc? My grand da was a long distance lorry driver  and during the war he drove supplies all over for the forces then he became a chauffeur so he was a good driver but id never step in a car with him these days!!LOL.Cheers
